Whichever route you take, the process is the same — and we stay hands-on through all of it rather than going from paperwork straight to site. Here's what building a new home with Ozcan Group actually looks like, from first consultation to handover.

  • Step 1Initial ConsultationWe start with your budget, your block and how you want to live. That conversation is what decides whether an affordable package or a fully bespoke build is the right route for you — before anyone draws anything.
  • Step 2Design SelectionChoose a proven floorplan and adapt it, or start from a blank page with our design team. Either way you see the layout, the inclusions and what each choice does to the price before you commit.
  • Step 3Fixed-Price ContractOnce the layout, fixtures and fittings are settled, we lock the price in writing. One number, full transparency, no allowances that quietly move later.
  • Step 4Permits & PlanningCouncil approvals, permits and the paperwork that goes with them are handled in-house by our team. You don't chase the council and you don't manage a separate consultant.
  • Step 5ConstructionWe break ground and keep you updated at every stage. Quality processes, punctuality and transparent communication apply the same way to a package home as to a bespoke one.
  • Step 6Final InspectionsBefore handover we run thorough quality checks and walk the finished home with you, so anything you want to ask about gets answered while we're still on site.
  • Step 7Completion & HandoverYour new home is finished, inspected and signed off. You get the keys.
